Horses...The Backbone Of History

Horses...The Backbone Of History

As far as horses being the backbone of history or civilization we can point to the horses helping man in the fields  as beasts of burden. Later hey were used to fight with and horses were used commercially in carry goods for sale over stretches of land expanding market places for he sale of goods.  Apparently it goes beyond that.

I was watching a TV show called Big History on Cable TV. They had an episode on horses. They talked about early nomads who lived in he grass lands of Central Asia, thousands of years ago. These nomads spoke a language know today as Proto-Indo-European (PIE).

These nomads were the first to ride horses which spread their language over much of Europe and contributed to the beginning of language some of which are French, Spanish, Greek, Russian, Hindi, German and English.

From the small amount of research, most agree in PIE but not all historians agree of the time frame. But it can be said that this occurred thousands of years ago.

This is a major issue regarding the horse and its place in human history. Celebrate the horse with sterling silver horse jewelry.

There are many kinds of horses and many kinds of horse jewelry.  Under the genre of horse jewelry is the horse necklace and horse charms.

There are countless horse charms and horse pendants that all under the collection of horse jewelry.
