Today the Canadian Women's Hockey Team beet the American Girls hocky team for the gold medal. Team USA and Team Canada play their quarter finals tomorrow I think. Then on sunday if I remember right the gold medal game will occur. Mnay fans and sports casters predict that the gold medal game will be between Canada and the Americans.
There is a lot of anticipation in Vancouver for the last few hockey games. I wonder occasionalt what things would be like if members of the NHL could not play. That draws my memory when 30 years ago Team USA beet the USSR (Russians) the old fashion way. Without professional hockey players.
