Positive Affirmations

Positive Affirmations

Positive Affirmations are based on the premise set for by scriptures, philosophers and great thinkers alike. Ghandi once said "A man is but the product of his thoughts what he thinks, he becomes." From the scriptures "As a man thinketh, so is he." Proverbs 23:7.

So what we take from this is that anything that comes from our mind has an affect on our bodies and soul and our attitudes. Positive affirmations have traditional be power statements of truth and motivation.

For example some traditional positive affirmations would be something like this:
I am happy.
I will be kind today.
I will serve someone today.
I am worthy of Love.
These are just a few examples of positive affirmations. For 1000's of examples of positive affirmations go to the Positive Affirmations blog.

This positive affirmations blog mentioned also has hundreds of positive quotes. Positive quotes can be powerful positive affirmations because they create a positive mind set.

Negative attitudes and positive attitudes are in a constant state of struggle. Which ever attitude wins will affect our daily living for good or for bad.
